Their insightful feedback and challenging questions push teams to elevate their thinking, refine their presentations, and approach complex problems like seasoned professionals. Peter Diakovasilis, CPA, MST, is a Principal at BDO USA with over 15 years of public accounting experience, specializing in corporate and pass-through entity tax planning and consulting for federal and state income taxes. He works with both public and private clients across industries including retail, manufacturing, private equity, healthcare, real estate, technology, and life sciences. Peter also serves as an instructor at BDO's national and local training programs.

Alyssa Koys, CPA, is a Tax Director at CohnReznick's Long Island office with over 15 years of experience in public and private accounting. She specializes in ASC 740 tax provisions, internal control audits for SEC registrants, and provides compliance and consulting services to public and private companies across industries such as manufacturing, consumer products, and technology. Alyssa also leads the firm's C Corp tax practice, managing complex multistate and multinational filings.

Farhana also gained early experience at TRITEC Real Estate and in the accounting office at Stony Brook University.
