Bachelor of Arts in Biology, B.A.

The Biology B.A. is designed for students seeking careers built on a foundational knowledge of life sciences, paired with strong interests in the fine arts, humanities, or social sciences.

Credit Requirements

• Life Science Coursework: Minimum of 55 credits.

• Required Minor: Completion of an approved minor (18–24 credits) within the College of Arts and Sciences or the School of Communication and Journalism.

• Overlap Policy: The chosen minor from the approved minor list must have no more than a 3-credit overlap with the Biology B.A. life science requirements.
