- Designed and operationalized a data driven virtual health platform incorporating community
paramedicine, a virtual acute care clinic, transitional care management, tele-clinical
pharmacy and remote patient monitoring for complex care patients discharged from the
Emergency Department and Inpatient Units.
- Led numerous multihospital quality improvement initiatives, including COVID airway
management leveraging in-situ simulation and an eight-hospital disaster management
preparedness program
- Coached interprofessional resuscitations teams in Pediatric and Adult inpatient units
along with the Departments of Cardiac Catheterization, Intensive Care, Emergency Medicine
and Anesthesiology on crisis resource management
- Designed medical virtual reality programs, including an Infectious Diseases Society
of America-recognized personal protective equipment training program to save PPE during
the COVID-19 pandemic
- Awarded “Healthcare Hero” by "Westchester Magazine," “Excellence in Healthcare” by
the United Hospital Fund and the Medical Service Award by the Children’s Dream Foundation
