Stony Brook $1,000 Fiction Prize

Now in its 18th year, the Stony Brook $1,000 Fiction Prize includes a scholarship to the Southampton Writers Conference.

The Deborah Hecht Memorial Prize in Fiction

Students who are eligible to apply for and receive the Prize must meet the following qualifications:
A. Be enrolled as a full-time MFA student
B. Submit an original work of fiction.
