Andrea Goldsmith was officially installed as Stony Brook University’s seventh president on Saturday, April 18, 2026.
Inauguration Week took place from April 11-19 and included community events, volunteer opportunities, academic symposia, and open houses to celebrate the university’s newest chapter.
President's Office Hours
President Andrea Goldsmith holds office hours to set aside time to meet with Stony Brook University students. These office hours are an ideal opportunity for students to meet with President Goldsmith to share their thoughts and discuss a variety of subjects about the University.
Office Hours will resume in Fall 2026.
