Required Qualifications:
Earned doctorate in educational leadership. A demonstrated record of significant scholarly achievement in areas related to educational leadership. A demonstrated record of excellence in teaching at the university level, successful grant writing, and effective collaboration within and outside the academic community. The successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership qualities as a public administrator and researcher.
Preferred Qualifications:
Organizational leadership, administrative experience at the K-12 building and district levels, specialization in areas of finance, leadership theory, law and personnel administration or supervision of instruction. Familiarity with New York State, NCATE, and ELCC educational leadership standards and assessment. Experience teaching online courses.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
The successful candidate will participate in all aspects of the program, curriculum development, and assessment. The candidate will teach graduate courses in educational leadership, advise and supervise graduate students, integrate current theoretical and applied research into all aspects of the program, pursue an extensive and active scholarly agenda relevant to educational leadership, and participate in service to the university, program, and community.

Applicants from various academic fields of study who meet the aforementioned qualifications will be considered. Department of academic appointment will be determined based upon the academic discipline of the selected candidate. This is a tenure track position.
