Parking Services
The Office of Parking Services is located in the
2nd floor lobby of the Administration Building. This office provides information about parking, such as
how to obtain a parking permit, or information about parking tickets and payments.
Current parking and bus maps can be obtained at this office.
Premium parking lots have improved access by adding choices to the existing mix of parking. Additional short-term hourly spaces at meters and parking garages add flexibility and convenience when you visit areas in the center of campus. Our campus parking map provides an overview of these and other parking areas.
New: Pay Parking Tickets Online
You can now view, pay, and appeal parking tickets on the new Stony Brook Parking Ticket Payments and Appeals System.
Fall 2008 Opening Week
Please be advised that there is NO GRACE PERIOD for people parking illegally. All parking rules and regulations will be enforced and violators will be subjected to ticketing, towing and booting if parked illegally. Violators may submit an appeal within 14 calendar days following the date of issuance. Parking tickets can be appealed using the Stony Brook Parking Ticket Payments and Appeals System. Payments can be made at the Bursar's Office or on-line using the Stony Brook Parking Ticket Payments and Appeals System.
