New Concepts at Roth

When Roth Food Court’s renovations are complete, the newly renovated facility will provide five food service stations, lounges and will serve as a home for the Undergraduate College of Science and Society. The new food service stations were chosen based on extensive surveys of student preferences. They will include Wendy’s, Made-to-order personal pizzas, Made-to-order sandwiches, heroes, and panini, Rotisserie chicken with home-style sides and ethnic entrées, and a Roth Coffee House A new entrance ramp will be added from Loop Road directly to the second level of the building to provide direct access into the dining facility for students living in Tabler Quad.

Wendy’s offers high quality food made with the freshest ingredients served the way customers want. Roth café will offer all of your favorites including hamburgers, chicken, fish, fries, frescata sandwiches, chili, garden sensations, hot stuffed baked potatoes, frosty and beverages.

Mamma Leone’s Pizza features authentic 9” individual pizzas made with a mouth watering crust, crushed whole tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and fresh toppings.

Seawolves Subs presents hot and cold deli sandwiches and paninis, made-to-order with a variety of meats, cheeses, spreads and toppings on artisan breads. Health conscious customers can choose low-fat or fat free mayonnaise and spreads.

International Market will offer rotis- serie chicken, home-style sides, authentic ethnic entrees and carved meats such as marinated top round, mesquite turkey breast or pesto parmesan ham.

Pura Vida Coffeehouse will be located on the lower level of Roth offering espresso, cappuccino, lattes and smoothies accompanied by muffins, pastries and bagels. Every blend of Pura Vida coffee is certified organic and stamped Fair Trade. Pura Vida is 100% charitably owned and all of their resources go to help at-risk children and families in coffee-growing countries.
