Tickets

Bachelor, Master, Doctoral, and School of Professional Development candidates, may pick up tickets to the ceremony on Tuesday, December 15, 2009, anytime from 11:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Or on Wednesday, December 16, 2009, from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. in the Office of Conferences and Special Events, Suite 302 Wang Center. No tickets can be given until the Ceremony Attendance Form is completed on the SOLAR System.

It is anticipated that candidates will receive two to four tickets, but this is subject to change depending on the number of candidates who plan to attend. There may be fewer tickets, but there is also the possibility that additional tickets will be available.

Doors to the Main Arena will open at noon. The entrance to the building for guests is off the parking lot adjacent to the Sports Complex. Please make sure your guests know that the Main Entrance to the Sports Complex will be closed. Candidates check in and lineup will be at 12 noon - Pritchard Gym.
