The campus walk service will be working at the time of CIT. It runs from 8 pm to 3 am. The phone is 2-6337.

At 118 miles long and almost twenty miles at its widest point and with a population greater than 19 states,
Long Island is easily the largest island adjoining the continental United States.

If you are coming from Manhattan, you take the L.I. Railroad out of Penn Station.
Get on the train to Port Jefferson.

Stony Brook is the second to last stop. You will have to change at Jamaica or Huntington along with others on that line, but keep Port Jefferson in mind.
